Rent forecast

See this month's rent roll and a 12-month look ahead (Pro plan).

Rent Roll and Forecast shows what's due now and what your leases should bring in over the next year. Go to Reports and click Rent Roll & Forecast.

This report comes with the Pro plan. On other plans you'll see an upgrade prompt instead of figures. See Billing and plans.

What you see

Current Rent Roll lists each tenant and unit with the due date, Total Due and Balance.

12-Month Projection shows, for each month, the number of Active Leases and the Projected Rent, with a chart above it.

How the projection works

It's worked out from your current leases, rent periods and lease end dates, so treat it as a forecast rather than a promise. Leases that end without a renewal drop out of the later months, which means the figures change when you renew a lease.

A small mark on a month means one or more leases are coming up to a rent increase, shown as a rough window.
