Tenant ledger report

See one tenant's charges, payments and balance in date order.

When you need a clear statement for one tenant, say for a conversation or a dispute, open Reports, click Tenant Ledger and choose the Tenant.

What you see

Across the top are Charged, Paid, Waived and Current Balance. Account History lists each entry by date with its description, a Charge, Payment or Waived amount, and the running Balance. Waived amounts are kept apart from payments (see Waive a charge).

Use Export CSV or Export PDF to hand over a statement.

This report is read only. To add a charge, record a payment or waive something, use the lease's Ledger tab. See The tenant ledger.

No history yet? Rent months show up once a lease is active and you've recorded a payment.

Rent forecast

See this month's rent roll and a 12-month look ahead (Pro plan).

Vacancy and occupancy

See how full your units are, which are empty and which will be soon (Pro plan).
