Vacancy and occupancy
See how full your units are, which are empty and which will be soon (Pro plan).
This report shows which units are empty now and which are about to be. Open Reports and click Vacancy & Occupancy.
This report comes with the Pro plan. On other plans you'll see an upgrade prompt instead of figures. See Billing and plans.
What you see
Overview shows Current Vacancies, Upcoming Vacancies, Latest Occupancy Rate and Expected Days to Fill (Projected).
Below that you'll find Historical Occupancy Rate by month, then Current Vacancies (units with no active lease) and Upcoming Vacancies (leases ending in the next 60 days with no renewal recorded, with how many days until each unit's empty). Change the From and To dates to look at a different stretch of history.
Group the figures
Use Group by to break today's occupancy down by Dwelling, Furnished, Bedrooms, Pets or Parking. When you've picked a grouping, Export CSV exports the grouped table.
For houses rented by the room, a group shows the rooms and how many are vacant, and says which side of the house isn't being offered. A home is rented either whole or by the room, never both, so the side that isn't on offer doesn't count as vacant.
