Receivables aging

See who owes you rent and for how long (Pro plan).

Receivables Aging sorts every overdue balance by how late it is, so you know who to call first. Go to Reports and click Receivables Aging.

This report comes with the Pro plan. On other plans you'll see an upgrade prompt instead of figures. See Billing and plans.

What you see

Portfolio Total Overdue shows the Total Overdue Balance. Aging by Tenant / Lease lists each tenant and unit with the overdue amount split into four columns, 0-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ days past due, plus a Total.

Rent only counts as overdue after the lease's grace period (see Overdue rent and late fees), and anything you've waived is no longer owed, so it drops off.

If nobody's listed, the page tells you every rent period was current on that date.

Change what you see

Set As of to see how things stood on a past date, or pick a Property. Export CSV and Export PDF are at the top.

Maintenance spend

See what repairs cost you, by month, property and type of work.

Rent forecast

See this month's rent roll and a 12-month look ahead (Pro plan).
