Maintenance spend

See what repairs cost you, by month, property and type of work.

Find out which building is eating your repair budget. Open Reports and click Maintenance Spend.

What you see

Period Summary shows Total Maintenance Spend for the dates you picked, followed by three tables: By Month, By Property and By Category (plumbing, electrical and so on).

The figures come from the expenses you've recorded, including costs added to a repair with Record cost. A repair with no cost recorded adds nothing here, so use Record cost on the request when the bill comes in. See Record an expense against a job.

Change what you see

Set the From and To dates or a Property at the top, where you'll also find Export CSV and Export PDF.

If there's no data, record an expense against a maintenance request or widen the dates.

Income statement

See what you earned, what you spent and what you kept, month by month.

Receivables aging

See who owes you rent and for how long (Pro plan).
