Your applications
Follow the rental applications you have sent and see what stage each one is at.
Once you've applied for a place, Applications shows where each application stands, so you're not left wondering.
See where you are
Open Applications. Each application has a card with the listing, the property and unit, the date you applied and a status badge, with a timeline of the steps under Progress.
The stages you might see:
- Received: your application arrived.
- Under Review: the landlord's looking at it.
- Full application requested: they'd like more detail from you.
- Full application submitted: you've sent it.
- Approved: you've been accepted.
- Lease Sent and Lease Signed: your lease is on its way, then done.
- Declined: not this time.
The landlord makes the decision, and you'll get an email whether it's an approval or a decline.
When a full application is requested
We'll email you a link. Open it, fill in the form and submit. See Apply for a place.
Applied as a guest?
Applications you made without an account carry on through the secure links in your email. Create an account and you'll see them here too.
If you haven't applied anywhere yet, the page says "No applications yet" with a link to Browse listings. See Browse listings.
