Messages with your landlord
Read what your landlord has sent and reply from the portal.
Everything your landlord sends you is kept in one place, so you won't have to dig through your inbox later.
Read your messages
Open Messages in the left menu. Each message shows its subject and the first few words, and unread ones have a yellow dot. Click one to open the whole thread.
You'll see the messages your landlord wrote, plus the notices sent on their behalf, like inspection invitations and signed copies of reports. Your landlord may also email you, and the portal keeps a copy of what was sent.
If nothing's arrived yet, the page says "No messages yet. Messages from your property manager will show up here."
Reply
Open the message thread.
Type your answer in the box that says Write a reply....
Click Send reply. You can't send an empty reply.
Your landlord sees your reply in the same thread.
If something needs fixing, use Ask for a repair instead, so it's tracked and you can see how it's going.
