Your lease and signing

Find your lease, review it and sign it online.

Your landlord can send your lease for signing right in the portal, so there's nothing to print or scan.

Find your lease

Your lease status and details are on your Dashboard. For the full list, open Documents, which has sections for Awaiting your signature, Signed documents and Shared files. On a signed document, click View PDF for your copy.

Sign your lease

When something's waiting for you, the Dashboard shows a banner. Click Sign Document, or click Sign Now under Awaiting your signature in Documents.

Read the document. Click Sign Document (or Click to Sign on the signature page) to add your signature.

Choose Draw to sign with your finger or mouse, or Type to type your full name and pick a style. Apply it, and use Change if you want to redo it.

Click Finish & Submit.

When you submit, you're confirming that your digital signature is legally binding for the lease.

If there's more than one tenant on the lease, each of you signs for yourself.

If you don't want to sign

Click Decline and tell your landlord why in Reason for declining. We email them your reason, and they can send you a new request. Keep reviewing closes the box without declining.

Your landlord might also ask you for an email address for service. That's separate from signing your lease. See Address for service.

Review and sign an inspection report

Check the condition report for your home, say if you disagree and sign it.

Ask for a repair

Tell your landlord something needs fixing and follow it until it's done.
