Getting into the portal

How to sign in to your tenant portal and what you'll find there.

Your landlord uses the portal to share your lease, rent, messages and repair requests with you.

Your invitation

Your landlord sends you an email invitation. Open it and follow the link to create your account, or sign in if you already have one. The link works for 7 days.

You can only get into the portal once your landlord has invited you. If nothing arrived, or the link has expired, ask them to send it again.

Signing in

Go to the same address your landlord uses for the app and sign in with your email and password. You might also see options to sign in with an email link, a passkey, or Google, Apple or Microsoft.

Forgot your password? Use the forgot password link on the sign-in page.

Your account only ever shows your own tenancy. Other tenants and properties stay private.

What you'll find

Down the left side:

  • Dashboard: your balance, next payment and lease. See Your dashboard.
  • Messages: notes from your landlord. See Messages with your landlord.
  • Payments: your rent and receipts. See Your rent and payments.
  • Documents: your lease and files. See Your lease and signing.
  • Applications: places you've applied for. See Your applications.
  • Maintenance: repairs. See Ask for a repair.
  • Inspections: move-in and move-out reports. See Review and sign an inspection report.

When your tenancy ends

That tenancy's lease and payments disappear from your portal. You can still sign in to give or change your email address for service, though. See Address for service.

Tenant Portal

See your rent, ask for repairs, sign documents and message your landlord.

Address for service

The email address your landlord can use to send you official documents, and how to give, change or withdraw it.
