Leases

Sign as the landlord

Add your own signature to a lease you have sent.

You sign first. As soon as you have, your tenants get their turn.

Open the lease and go to the E-signing tab.

Next to your own row, click Sign Now. It's there while your signature is still pending.

Read the lease. Click Sign Document, or Click to Sign when you reach the signature spot.

Draw your signature, or type your full name and pick a style. Click Apply Signature.

Click Finish & Submit.

Not happy with how it looks? Click Clear to start over, or Change once you've applied it.

If the owner needs to sign as well, tick Require owner signature (in addition to manager) on the lease's Send step. And if you're in the wrong workspace, switch to the right one first. See Working in more than one workspace.

Send a lease for e-signing

Ending a tenancy

Record the day a tenancy ended and give a notice to vacate.

Move-in and move-out days

Record the day a tenant really moved in or out, when it differs from the lease.
