Invite a tenant to the portal

Give a tenant their own login, and resend or take away access later.

In the tenant portal, your tenant can see their lease, payment history and requests, and file maintenance requests. Inviting them takes one click.

Send an invitation

Open the tenant's page.

In the Tenant portal panel, click Invite to portal.

They'll get an email with a secure link that works for 7 days.

You can also invite someone while you're adding them. See Add a tenant.

Make sure everyone on a lease is invited before you send it for e-signing, because the lease can't go out until they are.

If quiet mode is on, the app tells you the invitation email wasn't sent. See Quiet mode.

Resend an invitation

If the link expired or got lost in a spam folder, click the same Invite to portal button on their page to send a fresh one. From the directory, use Resend next to their name under Pending invitations.

Take access away

Click Revoke portal access on their page. They can't sign in anymore, and any open invitation stops working. Their tenant record and tenancy aren't touched.
