The tenant directory
Find any tenant, see who is waiting on an invitation and open their page.
The directory lists every tenant in your workspace, including anyone who hasn't joined the portal yet.
Open Tenants in the sidebar.
Type in the filter box to search by number, name or email.
Click View on a row to open that tenant's page.
Under Tenant records, each row shows the tenant's number, name, email, phone, unit, status and the date their lease ends. Tenant numbers look like T-2026-0001, and you can paste one into the search box at the top of any page too. See Find anything fast.
Pending invitations
If you've invited tenants who haven't accepted yet, they're listed under Pending invitations. Each row says whether they're Invited or Revoked, with buttons to Resend the invitation or Revoke it. Until a tenant accepts, you're the one managing their personal information.
Tenants belong to a workspace, so if you're looking for someone and they're not here, switch workspaces.
