Inspection settings
Set how far from the lease start a move-in warning appears, and how you pick conditions.
There are two settings under Settings, Inspections, and both are quick.
Move-in lead time
This is how many days before or after the lease start you can schedule a move-in inspection before you see a warning. It starts at 14 days. It's a workspace setting, so only the workspace owner can change it.
Open Settings and click Inspections.
Under Move-in window (days either side of the lease start), enter a whole number, 0 or more.
Click Save.
It's a warning, not a limit. A move-in on any date still saves; you just get a heads-up when it's a long way from the lease start.
Condition picker
Under Condition picker, choose how you set each item's condition during a walk-through: Inline grid (default) or Sheet picker. This one's your own preference and doesn't affect anyone else in the workspace.
