Invite your first tenant
Add a tenant, then decide when to invite them to the portal.
Adding a tenant and inviting them to the portal are separate steps, so you can set up a lease and record payments before your tenant ever signs in.
Open Tenants in the sidebar and click Add tenant.
Fill in their details. Fields marked * are required.
To invite them right away, switch on Invite to portal now and click Add and invite. If you'd rather wait, click Add tenant and invite them later.
The invitation email has a secure link that works for 7 days.
Until your tenant accepts, you look after their personal details. Once they're in, they keep those up to date themselves. One thing to plan for: before you can send a lease for e-signing, every tenant on it has to be invited to the portal.
