Getting Started

Add your first property

Add a property and the homes or rooms you rent out.

A property is the building or house. A unit is what you actually rent out. Once you've added both, you can list, lease and collect rent.

Open Properties in the sidebar and click Add Property.

Property details. Enter the name, pick the type and fill in the address. Then choose who the landlord is: you, or an owner you manage for.

Unit structure. Choose Multiple units (apartments, suites, floors), Single property (a house or a studio) or Rooms in a dwelling (a house or suite you rent room by room).

Add units. Give each unit a number, with its bedrooms, rent and deposit.

Rent ready? Pick the units you want to list now, or skip this and list them later.

You don't have to get every unit in on the first pass. You can add more from the property page whenever you like, and renters won't see a unit until you list it.

For every option in the form, see Add a property.
