Sign up and set up your workspace in a few minutes.
Signing up takes a few minutes. You answer a couple of questions and land in your own workspace, ready for your first property.
Open the sign-up page. Next to I want to, choose Manage rental properties.
Enter your first and last name (middle name is optional), your email and a password, then click Sign Up. If we ask you to confirm your email, check your inbox.
Workspace. Pick Landlord if you manage your own rentals or Property Manager if you manage them for owners, then give your workspace a name.
Property. Enter a name, the type and the address of your first property.
Unit. Enter a unit number and, if you like, bedrooms, bathrooms and the monthly rent. In a hurry? Click Skip unit setup and come back to it.
Your workspace holds everything: properties, tenants, leases and your team. You can rename it later or add more workspaces. See Working in more than one workspace.
If you'd like extra protection on your sign-in, turn on two-factor authentication whenever you want. And if you ever forget your password, click Forgot password on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
