Copy amenities and apply a set
Set up one unit, then share its amenities with the others in a click.
Got ten similar suites? Fill in one, then copy it to the rest instead of ticking the same boxes ten times.
Copy one unit's amenities to others
Open the property and find the unit you've set up. Click the copy button on its row, Copy amenities to other units.
Leave Copy from on This unit. Under Copy to, tick the units that should get the same amenities.
Under How to copy, choose Replace their amenities or Add to their amenities.
Check the line that says what's about to happen, then click Copy.
Replace swaps out each unit's own amenities. Add keeps what's there and only overwrites the ones that match.
Devices and their details come along too, but anything the units get from the property doesn't. If even one thing can't go on one of the units (a room can't take a camera, for example), the whole copy stops and nothing changes.
Apply a saved set
A set is a ready-made list, like "Furnished suite standard", that you can put on many units at once.
On the property page, click Apply a set to selected units.
Pick the set, tick the units under Apply to, and click Apply.
You can also choose a set as the source under Copy from in the copy window above.
The workspace owner creates sets under Settings, Amenities. Anyone in the workspace can apply them.
