Notices held by quiet mode

Find the emails quiet mode held back and send the ones you choose.

While quiet mode is on, automatic emails to tenants are held back. They aren't lost. They wait for you in Communications, and you decide which ones to send.

Turning quiet mode off doesn't send anything that was held. Held notices stay put until you send them yourself.

Find them

Open Communications. A held notice has the status Not sent: quiet mode was on. One you've switched off in your settings reads Not sent: notification turned off, and that one won't go out (see notification settings).

Send the ones you want

You can only send held notices once quiet mode is off. Until then, the page says Quiet mode is on. Resume notifications to send held notices. The workspace owner can turn it off.

Tick the notices you want, or tick Select all held notices.

Click Send selected, or Send on a single row.

Each row then shows what happened: Sent, or a short reason it wasn't.

A few notices, like a signing link or a copy of an inspection report, can't be sent from this list. They show a link to their own page instead, and you send them again from there.
