The map and filters
Narrow the list by price, size and features, and search a part of town on the map.
Filters and the map help you cut a long list down to the handful of places that suit you.
Filters
Click Filters to open All filters. You can narrow things down by:
- Price range
- Bedrooms and Bathrooms
- Property type
- Availability, with an Available by date
- Private entrance
- Furnishing, plus checkboxes for features landlords list, like pets or parking (you'll only see the ones that apply to what's available)
The quick choices along the top, like Beds and Baths (Any, 1+, 2+, 3+, 4+), do the same job without opening the panel.
The map
The map shows the homes that match your search. Use Hide map and Show map to turn it off and on, or the List and Map switch on a phone.
Move and zoom the map to the area you're interested in.
Click Search this area. The list now only shows homes in that part of the map, and a Map area tag appears.
Click Reset area to see everything again.
Click a marker, then View listing, to open it.
Pins are placed near the building, not right on it, to protect the people who live there. You'll get the exact address when you apply. A home that can't be put on the map still shows up in the list, and if the map won't load, the list keeps working.
