Request the full application

Ask a promising applicant for more detail, and nudge them if they go quiet.

When someone looks promising, ask for the full application. It collects the details you chose when you listed the unit.

Ask for it

Open the application, either from the board or the full application page.

Click Request full application. We email the applicant a link to the full form, and the card moves to Full application requested.

When they send it back, the card moves to Full application received and you can read their answers.

The applicant can sign in with an account or just use the secure link in their email.

What the full form asks for

When you listed the unit, you ticked what to ask for: things like employment info, income documents, references, rental history, co-applicants, background and credit check consent, and vehicle info. To see or change them, open Edit Listing and look under Full application fields.

If they go quiet

While the card's in Full application requested, click Send Reminder and the applicant gets another email with the link. If you've heard nothing and want to move on, you can decline them at any point.
