Getting Started

Add your first property

Create a property and add rental units to your workspace.

Create a property

From your workspace, go to Properties in the left navigation and click Add property.

Fill in the property details:

  • Address — the full street address including city and postal code.
  • Property type — choose between Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, or Industrial.
  • Description — optional internal description visible only to your team.

Save the property. It will appear in your Properties list.

Add units

Most properties have at least one rentable unit. After creating a property, click into it and select Add unit.

For each unit, provide:

  • Unit identifier — a number, letter, or name (e.g. "101", "A", "Main Floor").
  • Bedrooms and bathrooms — used in listings and lease documents.
  • Rent amount — the target monthly rent for this unit.

You can add as many units as the property requires.

A property with a single rentable space typically has one unit. Multi-unit buildings like duplexes or apartment blocks should have one unit record per rentable space.
