Create your account
Sign up for OneRental and set up your workspace.
Sign up
Go to the OneRental sign-up page and enter your email address. You can sign up with:
- Email and password — enter your email, choose a password, and verify your email address.
- Magic link — enter your email and click the link we send you. No password needed.
- Google, Apple, or Microsoft — use an existing account for one-click sign-in (availability depends on which providers your deployment has enabled).
After signing up, OneRental creates a personal workspace for you automatically. You can rename it or create additional workspaces later.
Complete onboarding
After your first sign-in, the onboarding flow walks you through:
- A welcome step introducing your workspace.
- Confirming your profile details.
- Choosing a plan.
- Optionally enabling two-factor authentication.
You can come back to your security settings at any time from Account → Security.
Sign in
Once your account is created, visit the sign-in page and use the same method you signed up with. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot password link to receive a reset email.
