View lease and payments
How tenants access their lease document and payment history.
Viewing your lease
Your lease status appears on your Dashboard, and the document itself lives under Documents. You can:
- Read all terms and conditions.
- Download a PDF copy for your records.
- See the lease start and end date.
If you have not yet signed your lease, you will see a prompt to review and sign the pending agreement.
Viewing payments
Go to Payments to see:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Next payment | The upcoming rent amount and due date |
| Current balance | Any outstanding amount owed |
| Payment history | A record of all payments your landlord has logged |
Payment records are entered by your landlord. If a payment you made is not showing, contact your landlord to confirm it has been recorded.
Understanding your balance
- A zero balance means you are up to date.
- A positive balance means there is an outstanding amount owed.
- Deposits are tracked separately and are shown in the deposit section of your payments history.
