Property settings
Configure property-level options.
Accessing settings
Open a property and click the Settings tab or the gear icon.
Available settings
General
Update the property name, address, and type. These details appear on lease documents and the tenant portal.
Listing visibility
Listing visibility (public, private, or invite-only) is configured per unit, not per property — see Manage units for the unit-level listing settings.
Deleting a property
A property can only be deleted once it has no units attached. See Add a property for details.
